Perfect Engg. & Allied Works Pvt. Ltd. belongs to the Perfect Group of Companies. The Nizami Brothers established it in Vadodara in 1940. Their first enterprise, The Nizami Welding and Boiler Repairing Works, was the only approved boiler repairing outfit in the then Bombay State, with the help of British Oxygen Ltd., UK. They developed the difficult Welding Technology of Aluminium & Antimony metals for application in the auto industry in India. By 1967 they were supplying Aluminium and Bronze alloy castings, imported until then for HT Circuit Breakers to Hindustan Brown Boveri (now Asea Brown Boveri Ltd.) and Jyoti Ltd. At the same time vigorous R&D efforts continued to indigenously developed Hard Anodising techniques for the Electric Power Transmission Industries. This included Pressure Vessels supplied to the National Thermal Power Corpn. for their entire range of fabricated Air Receivers which met approval from prestigious Third Party Inspection Agencies like Lloyds, Bureau Veritas, Baxcounsel, EIL, PDIL and the Office of the Chief Controller of Explosives etc.
In the present decade we have done projects like 150m³ stainless steel storage vessel for IPRC Mahendragiri. We have Fabricated autoclave will quick opening & closing door mechanism for NAL Banglore. We Have made 3m³ High pressure vessel with a test pressure of 375 kg/cm² for DRDL Hyderabad. We are also in fabrication of equipments for RMS(Radiation Monitoring System) for Apantec LLC USA.
